Mindfulness based practice in East Austin, Dharma Yoga offers varying levels of traditional Hatha Yoga. The instructors are all very welcoming and accommodating. I like this option because the people who come here are all ages and sizes and don't seem to have too serious of a nature in their practice. I like remembering that my practice is not a competition. Clean and peaceful studio space for practice and meditation offerings.

Kind of a one stop shop for (adults only) DIY devotees, CRAFT has workshops to learn things like embroidery, pottery or macrame and also has open rental space which allows you to pay to come in, make something using their huge inventory of supplies and they'll even clean up after you! An affordable way to jump start your itch to make something without the extra trip to Michael's.
